Sept 2009
Steve and I made the trip down to Auburn Washington to Donida Farms for the KWPN NA Keuring. We took our very special mare Mendolyn ( Amethist Canita x Legaat) with her 2009 Sagnol filly " Exclusive" Our filly recieved her First Premium award. We are so thrilled that the Jacques Verkerk the inspector from Holland named our foal " as the nicest moving horse by far of the whole keuring." as a breeder we are very proud of his compliment to her. She is very elastic and typey with great hock action. We would also like to thank Janko from VDL Stud as he helped us run our mare and did a fantastic job. We like to hire him at the keurings as she has a huge stride and he can keep up with her movement.
Magnuson made his trip down to San Juan Capristrano to finish his show season in California with my daughter Alysia. We are thrilled that at his third show of his career he was Reserve Champion at the Blenheim Fall Tournament held at the Oaks. Quite a accomplishment and with a junior, Alysia was thrilled and also placed 1st and second in her Equitation Classes on him.
